  Cancellation AATT Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy1. Booking Confirmation & Deposits To confirm a booking and secure hotel reservations and required permits, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. Permit Fees: Please note that all Gorilla, Chimpanzee, and other specialist permits are 100% non-refundable upon purchase, as per Uganda Wildlife Authority regulations.2. Cancellation Schedule. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges apply based on the date written notice is received: 90 Days or more before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost is retained. 30 Days or less before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.3. Rescheduling & Credits Rescheduling Fee: Clients may request to reschedule their safari, subject to a rescheduling fee and any price fluctuations in permits or accommodation. Credit Validity: If a trip is postponed, the remaining credit (after non-refundable fees are deducted) remains valid for 8 months from the original start date.4. Force Majeure AATT shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is the result of Force Majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or government-mandated park closures. In such cases, AATT will work with partners to provide flexible rescheduling or credit options where possible.5. Conservation Impact As part of our commitment to transparent conservation financing, a portion of the retained fees from cancellations may still be allocated to our NGO partner, Help African Animals (HAA), to ensure ongoing wildlife protection efforts are not interrupted.
