    Cancellation African Adventure Travellers understands that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all travelers.Cancellations made 30 days before the safari will receive a full refund minus administrative and bank charges. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the safari will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the safari will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the safari are non-refundable. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable once purchased, as per government regulations. In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, travel restrictions, or emergencies), the company may offer rescheduling or credit for future travel.We encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or changes.
