Booking Policy Reservation & Confirmation  Bookings can be made online through our website (www.bahekatravelandsafaris.com), by a phone call/whatsapp, or in person.  A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit of 50% or full payment.  Customers will receive a confirmation email with itinerary details.✅ Final Payment Full payment is typically due 10–30 days before departure.  Failure to pay by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.Pricing  Prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed.  Taxes, government fees, and fuel surcharges may apply.2.
